Recently VCU TCD has started a major refit of the UK-145 "Teunis van Atje". 
In the engine room 2 new auxiliary engines and generators will be installed and main engine and gearbox will have major overhaul. Also all the piping and lens system will be renewed! New tunnel and (fixed) propeller will be installed on the vessel and a new top part will be realized at the rear mast. The job will be done in the port of Urk and will take several months.
