The VCU TCD machine factory is specialised in the provision of technical services and the performance of repairs, revisions, (large-scale) renovations, dismantling and construction of all kinds of vessel. One of VCU TCD’s strongest qualities is that these activities can be performed on-site aboard the ship.
This is possible since VCU TCD has access to an extensive service fleet, a mobile workplace and crane trucks. All service technicians, welders, repair and renovation specialists and project engineers have years of experience in this field.
VCU TCD owns an extensive and modern machine park, with lathes and milling machines, computer-guided, bending and slicing machines, sheet metal rolling, and MIG, MAG and TIG welding equipment and a water jet cutting machine.
VCU TCD has its own technical wholesale business where our stock is replenished daily, ensuring fast service and quality. Additionally, VCU TCD also has a specialisation in the fabrication of winches and related hydraulic systems under the name ‘Osey Urk Winches’.
VCU TCD also supplies Slurry ice machines and systems and is furthermore innovative across a broad range when it comes to cost-efficiency, sustainability and automated catch processing installations.
