Sheave blocks are essentially large steel pulleys which  are used in a great variety of applications especially in the fishery, shipping, dredging, offshore, water sports, industrial, construction and recreational sectors.  

VCU supplies a variety of sheave block types

Outrigger block

Especially for the fishery sector, VCU has developed a special block in collaboration with the manufacturer for application in the outriggers.

 

This entirely thermally galvanised block is equipped with an enclosed bearing system.

The block consists of a steel disk (GS 50) and is standardly equipped with a becket.

Grease fittings on the axle and eye and a stainless steel ring on the swivel eye ensure an optimal condition.
