VCU Maritime holds the secretariat of the Binnenvaartgroep Nederland (BGN - Group Inland Navigation Netherlands), meaning that we are closely involved with our customers. The BGN objectives are:

  • Pooling of purchasing power to gain commercial advantages.
  • Creating a consultation group.

  • Members carry no liability.
  • Better information services.
  • Establishing a way to look after interests.
  • Increase the involvement between members.
